Returns & Exchanges:

There is a restocking fee on all returns and exchanges, 20% for international orders and 10% for domestic orders. Please contact us if you require more details on a product before ordering.

If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased from the PartB Shop, you must contact us within 30 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns & exchanges must be received within 30 business days of contact with representative.

Customers must have had an interaction with a representative, if you have not received instructions from us do not send your product back. Once instructed to do so, you will be responsible for sending the item to us.

Claims for Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders:

Claims for missing or incorrect items or damaged shipments must be made within 30 business days of receipt. If your package is a gift intended for a later date, you must inspect the contents for damage or any missing items upon receipt.

Depending on the case, we will ship the missing or replacement item at no extra cost to the original Ship To address on the order. If the items need to be sent to an alternate address, then the customer may be responsible for part of or all shipping fees. Please contact us via email: partbshop@proton.me.

Cancellation:

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible at partbshop@proton.me. If your order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible. 

Please include your order number in the subject line of the email for fastest service.

Domestic Orders (UK)

• Please allow up to 2 weeks from date of order for delivery.
• Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

International Orders:

• Please allow up to 6 weeks from date of order for delivery.
• Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
• Duties & taxes levied by Customs are the responsibility of the customer. They cannot be estimated and are not the responsibility of the PartB Shop. This applies to all orders.
• Please supply your current phone number & email address when placing your order. If customs cannot reach you, your package will be returned to the sender. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
• It may not be possible to ship to certain countries due to governmental security policies.
• If your shipping cost seems exorbitant, please contact partbshop@proton.me for help.

Missing Orders: 

• If a package is lost or stolen once shipped, the PartB Shop is not responsible for the reproduction of the contents in the package.
• If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 30 business days of the shipment date. PartB may not be able to help with lost orders after that time has passed.
• Please contact the shipping carrier directly to find your package or file a claim for missing mail.
